April 1, 2008: CABODENT (The Center for Biologic Orthodontic Therapy and Dento-Facial Esthetics) is founded by Dr. Jeffrey M. Rayl. Dr. Rayl has established the mission of CABODENT to accomplish the lofty goal of changing the "standard of care" in traditional orthodontics as it exits today.
The goal of creating a new Optimal Biologic standard of care for the practice of orthodontics will be accomplished by training dental professionals in comprehensive "systems based" orthodontics. This teaching will enable doctors to achieve the Biologic Model in children and adults resulting in chewing systems that are not only comfortable and functional but also provide patients with "Lasting Natural Beauty".
